Laxmi Venture Capital was founded out of a gap we kept seeing firsthand. Too often, candidates' real skills, experience and potential weren't fully understood or recognised in the recruitment process — talent was being matched to job descriptions, not to genuine opportunity. With a background in Human Resources and around eight years of experience across commercial sectors, we set out to build something different: a more effective, transparent connection between employers and candidates.
We don't simply match CVs to job specs. We take the time to understand our clients' businesses, the challenges they face, and the type of talent they genuinely need to succeed — then we go and find it.
